Return Policy Guidelines

30-Day Return Period*
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on merchandise that does not include the original box, packaging materials, content, accessories such as remote controls and/or applicable cables or for any product that is not in "like new" condition. 

Defective and/or Damaged Product
Defective and/or damaged product will be replaced with the same product only within the 30-day Return Period.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (i.e.CDs) from any returned products. Cambridge SoundWorks is not responsible for any personal items left on or in your returned merchandise.
